BestMalz Heidelberg Malt is suitable for brewing beers that are extremely light in colour. It can be used for the same applications as Pilsen or Kolsch malts and imparts a fresh, rounded beer flavour. it produces a 'light and bright' result.

The malt is produced from high quality two row spring barley, which was grown in the best German and European barley regions.

It has low protein levels,  high extract content, has a very light colour and is high in enzymatic activity.

It is used for Premium-Pilsner, lagers, Ales, Kolsch and all light beers.
