This small scale electric filter and pump is ideal for the filtering of wine, beer and juices.  It can also be used as a convenient  electric  bypass pump (bypassing the filter pads) to transfer your wine or beer from container to container.

(Please note: This product is Australian ready:  240V )

The Buon Vino Mini Jet  has been designed with the small quantity winemaker or brewer  in mind. It is the perfect way for the home hobbyist to produce a wine with a commercial shine. Perfect for the home winemaker who filters 23L (5 Gallons) at a time from kits.

Note: Because filtration removes yeast cells, beer or sparkling beverages like cider can only be filtered if you are not relying on natural bottle carbonation but rather are intending to carbonate using C02.

Its compact design incorporates a self-prime motorized pump capable of filtering up to 20 litres in 15 minutes. A built in drip tray and drainage tube ensure a no mess, no fuss clean-up job. And its triple filter pads add a crystal clear, sparkling quality to your wine.

These units are meant for filtration but can double as a tool for wine transfer. You have a filter and a wine transfer tool all in one! All you need to do is bypass the filtration part and direct the hose coming out of the pump-head into the receiving vessel. I recommend an in-line pre-filter be used in combination with a sediment tip on the siphon hose because these pump-heads are sensitive to sediment. This is another excellent way to save money and time when racking your wine.
