Still quite possibly the most underrated hop,  Taiheke provides a bold citrus hit with grapefruit and lime at the forefront alongside New Zealand’s characteristic tropical punch. As the New Zealand Hops crew state “Can do some really great things for the hop advocate when matched up with some of the other New Zealand aroma heavy weights such as Motueka or Riwaka.

Formerly known as N.Z. CASCADE.  It has a personality of its own typically employed in “new world” style pale ales and creative brewers are using late additions in summer ales where its fruit forward aroma and oils profile make for a refreshing finish.
