A heavy-duty 100 litre stainless steel vessel designed to give brewers and distillers maximum flexibility from a single piece of equipment.

Depending on how it is configured, the vessel can be used as a

• distillation boiler with the option of 2 x 2400 Watt (240V) heating elements or 2 x 3000 watt heating elements. (triclover fitted)
•  brewing vessel or
• large-capacity stainless steel fermenter 
• one vessel, multiple applications

comes with 2' Sight glass, 1.5tri clover ball valve for drainage

Its sanitary stainless steel construction and Tri-Clamp connection points make it ideal for customers wanting to build or expand a modular brewing or distilling system.

The option of 2 x 2400 watt elements are suppied with cord and wall plugs and are ready to use directly

Please note the heat element of 3000w will need re-wiring to connect the power source, while 2400w are supplied with cord and plug.
This boiler also has  a compound bottom for direct fire heating.

4" triclover to 2" triclover reducer is optional extra if you want to fit reflux stills like the Stillspirits reflux column.  (use only smaller heater elements for this)
