An Erlenmeyer flask or conical flask is a type of laboratory flask which features a flat bottom, a conical body, and a cylindrical neck. It is commonly used on stir plates as the flat base and shape give a better stir result.

Ideal for making yeast starters to create large populations of active yeast cells. 

Made from borsilicate glass however if heating  it is not recommended to use on electric elements.
