Eclipse® is a premium Australian aroma hop developed by Hop Products Australia, delivering an intense combination of sweet mandarin, zesty citrus peel and fresh pine. It is an excellent choice for modern hop-forward beers where a bright, juicy citrus character is desired.

Eclipse® works particularly well in late-boil, whirlpool and dry-hop additions, producing a distinctive mandarin-driven aroma while adding depth from subtle pine and citrus notes.

Brewing Use

Eclipse® can be used for bittering due to its high alpha acid content, however it really shines as a flavour and aroma hop.

For maximum character, use:

• Late-boil additions

• Whirlpool/hop stand

• Dry hopping

Eclipse® pairs particularly well with other fruit-forward hops such as Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic and Nectaron.
