Traditional Brown Ale 

• 3.5kg Traditional Ale malt
• 800gm. Vienna
• 200gm. amber Malt
• 250gm rolled oats
• 250gm Brown malt
• 200gm chocolate malt
• 200gm Eclipse wheat

• Hops. 25gm EK Golding hops at 60minuts,
• 25gm EK Golding hops at 15 minjutes
• Yeast. Nottingham Ale yeast

makes 22 litres.   all above ingredients supplied in the kit.

Equipment required:  all grain brewing system (ie. grainfather, brewzilla, etc)

 or brew in the bag system.
