Still Spirits Ruby Port Essence

Add this essence to an alcohol base, or use it to boost flavour in your homemade fruit or port wine.

A velvety ruby style port, with great elegance and perfume.

Best served at 12-16C.

Requires a Still Spirits Liqueur Base "B"

Makes 2.25 litres or 3 x 750 ml bottles.

Mixing Instructions:

  • Dissolve a packet of Still Spirits Liqueur Base "B" in one 750ml bottle of red wine (Merlot).
  • Add this essence and 770ml of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka. Top up to 2.25 litres with water.
  • Add sugar to taste if a sweeter port is desired.
