A complete nutrient blend for sugar-based fermentations. Provides essential nitrogen, vitamins and minerals needed for strong, healthy yeast performance where natural nutrients are lacking.

It contains a urea-free source of assimilable nitrogen, plus phosphate, magnesium, B-vitamins, zinc, calcium and other micronutrients. Importantly, it uses chemically defined ingredients rather than inactive yeast, which is intended to help produce a clean, neutral flavour and aroma.

Ideal for hard seltzers and clean neutral sugar washes. Helps promote reliable fermentation, good attenuation and a clean flavour profile.
