Installed by simply drilling a hole your boiler, pot, kettle etc  using a tungsten carbide hole cutter..... 32mm and tightening a nut from the outside of the pot.  Widest point of the element is 38mm so it can be passed through the neck of  keg to make a boiler. 

Lower wattage item best suited to RIMS or mash tuns

Higher wattage item used for boilers.
