AUSTRALIAN PALE ALE RECIPE KIT featuring  GALAXY HOP

Ingredient kit includes the following:

9 lbs (4.3 kg) of Australian Pale malt

1 lb (0.200 gm) of light Crystal malt

0.5 lb (0.230 gm) of Vienna malt

0.5 lb (0.230 gm) of Carapils malt

50gm Galaxy Hops  (added at stages)

1 package of Lallemand House ale yeast (new strain)

5 gallons (19 L) of water

GALAXY  hop is the most recognised Australian hop used commercially here by

many of the top breweries.
