MILLED  freshly for you when ordered, this all grain base pack is made up of a blend of imported Heidelberg, Pilsner and Vienna grains to produce a crisp light Pilsner stye beer in the true German tradition.

Total grain bill 5kg ....$25.50. 

Add your own brewing signature by selecting your favourite hops and yeast to complete this brew.

Ideally brewed at controlled lower temperatures with a selected lager yeast strain.

Recommended yeast would be Saflager 34/70, Saflager S-189, or White labs pilsner/lager strains.

Ideally teamed with hops like Czech Saaz or any of the German or Continental hops

This product requires the brewer to have an understanding and undertake all grain brewing techniques.
