Citra Pale Ale
Style: Pale Ale: Moderate to heavy hop aroma. Light golden straw. Slight haze due to high wheat content. Very light malt profile with medium bittterness
Suggested yeast US05, Nottingham or WLP001
Malt content: 53% Pale and 47% Wheat
Hops additions include Citra at 10, 30 and 90 minutes
Mash temp 88C, Boil length 90 minutes, Gravity SG1059
- Decant cube into clean and sanitised fermenter.
- Add 5 lires of waqter to bring volume to 20 litres.
- Aerate, pitch yeast and add any additonal hops as desired.
- Once Fermentation is complete bottle condition or keg.
