All Inn  Brewery  make full flavoured beers that are free from additives, unfiltered, unpasteurised and finings free. The 16 Hectoliter brewery was handcrafted by head brewer Harley Goodacre. Harley learnt his craft at Stewart Brewing Co. in Scotland under Lewis Scothern and Iain Couper, Stewart’s head brewer.

Its easy to brew freshwort kits.  

1. Decant 15 litre wort  pack into clean and sterilised fermenter

2. Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres

3. Aerate,  pitch yeast  (add any additional hops if desired..optional)

4. Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg
