AMBER Candi syrup imparts caramel, vanilla and soft fruit flavours, suited not only to authentic Belgian beers, but contributes to all aromatic Ales or lagers.
Amber Candi syrup is made from authentic Belgian CARAMELISED BEET SUGARS and you won’t get the same depth of flavour or colour with other caramelised cane sugar adjuncts such as rock candy or candi syrups made from cane sugar.
It is beneficial for improving the gravity of your wort, increasing alcohol and contributing dryness without adding sweetness.
Traditional Use: In brewing, added to the boil or sometimes directly to the fermenter.
Available in 500gm jars and 1 kg easy pour containers.
