Particulars of the Grifo / Marchetti model hand crusher

• Made in Italy. 

• The structure (hopper, frame) is enamelled steel (“acc­iaio smaltato”).

  Enamelled steel is hygienic and durable and easy to clean and maintain.

  Rollers are nylon. These are counter-rotating rollers that gently crush the grapes without crushing seeds too much.
