Recommended for Wheat Beer, Hefe-Weizem, Kolsch, Altbier, Light and alcohol  reduced beers and ales

EBC 305     Lovibond 1.7- 2.4

Usage up to 80% of the grain bill.  (recommended to use rice hulls if using large quantities to reduce the risk of stuck mash sparging.) 

up to 10% in other beers to influence foam stability
