For the fermentation of sugar, malt extract or grain mash in preparation for the distillation of Whiskey Spirit.

Best results are obtained for distillation using the Turbo 500 Boiler or Grainfather Brewing System fitted with the Pot still Alambic Copper Condensor and dome.
