Potassium Bicarbonate


Potassium Bicarbonate is used for reducing acidity in Red and White Wines.

Can also be used in fruit wines. 

Add with caution as gas evolution may

cause severe frothing

Use a ph meter to avoid over dosing.

Dosage: 1gm of Pot Bicarbonate will

neutralise 1.7gmTartaric Acid

Potassium bicarbonate is a colorless, odorless, slightly basic, salty substance. According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, potassium bicarbonate is "generally recognized as safe"
