Australian NEUTRAL  Grape Juice Concentrate – 68° Brix
Produced from 100% Vitis vinifera grapes grown throughout south-eastern Australia. A highly clarified, neutral grape juice concentrate suitable for wine, fermentation and many beverage applications. 

With approximately 68° Brix, it provides a concentrated source of natural grape sugars while contributing minimal varietal character.

It is therefore an excellent additive to add body and balance to many fruit wine recipes.

A preferred additive to sugar to boost gravity.

Adds essential acids and nutrient to boost fermentability of some fruit.

Can be used to backsweeten many beverages.

Can be frozen for year round winemaking.

Packaged in 1 litre containers (1 litre makes 5 litres of grape juice)
