Dark 2 Belgian Candy Syrup 
This syrup’s flavor is a mix of burnt sugar, figs, ripe fruit, toffee and dark chocolate.

It will add a smooth taste, some colour  and alcoholic strength. You can use it in Abbey Ales, Belgian and French ales.

Use up to 10% of your fermentables.
