By following the age old traditions of adding brandy in the final stages of fermenting (to halt fermentation early) you can make your own home made port rich in residual grape flavour and more intense in colour...just like the Portuguese have perfected.
Each port concentrate is blended from a selective blend of South Australian red grape varieties,..... all natural quality ingredients, free from artificial flavours or colours, ensuring your results are truly professional.
The ideal time to ferment your port is when the freshly prepared concentrates are available at the beginning of the year. By fermenting during the warmer months you will have your port ready and matured for drinking in the cooler Australian winter months.
