White fruit tannin works for lifting aromas and astringency in white wines and fruit wines. Within a short contact time it lifts character and aroma

It also  helps to protect aromatic wine compounds from oxidation, and prevents the appearance of reductive aromas as well as the appearance of the defect known as "lightstruck."

colour: Pale tan/pink

Directions: Dissolve dose in ratio 1/10 parts water and add to wine

Doseage rate: 3-15gm per 100 litres

repackaged into smaller 50gm sachets (from original 1kg bags)  and vacuum sealed
