NOW CALLED Legbreaker IPA
Very light malt profile with high bitterness. Moderate to strong hop flavours depending on dry hop additions. The colour is almost red with a white lacey head.
Hops: Columbus and Centennial
Malts: Pale, Wheat, Crystal and Melanoiden
Dry hop suggestion: Centennial
Supplied with Morgans Ale yeast.
Other recommend yeast: US05, White Labs WLP001 or Nottingham ale (purchased separately)
1. Decant cube into clean and sanitised fermenter
2. Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres
3. Aerate, pitch yeast and add any additional hops as desired
4. Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg
