Briess CBW® Traditional Ale (dark)
Traditional Dark Liquid malt extract is made from
- 54% Munich Malt
- 30% Base Malt
- 13% Caramel Malt
- 3% Black Malt
Suitable for many styles of extract beer and to adjust colour, gravity and flavour of all grain beers.
Used in the production of red and amber beers, Oktoberfest, bock beer, dopplebock, brown ales and other dark beers.
