This Dark Farmhouse Ale was developed by Ashur of Stomping Ground Brewery for the Good Beer Week event ‘Brewniversity’. Made with Joe White Ale, Munich, Flaked Oats, Caramunich, Special W and Chocolate malt, with a generous whirlpool addition of Styrian Goldings.


Approximate cube volume: 16.5L This wort kit has been designed not to be diluted.
Starting Gravity: 1.060
Bitterness: 18 IBU.
Recommended yeasts: Wyeast BE-134 or Wyeast 3726 Farmhouse Ale.
