A Belgian Blonde Ale made with Pilsner and Rye malt and a small amount of Wheat malt and some dextrose. First wort hopped with Warrior with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops added late. A Belgian Blonde with a twist and eminently drinkable


Approximate cube volume: 16.5L Plus 3L of extra water added.
Starting Gravity: 1.070. 
Bitterness: 22 IBU's using Warrior hops.
Grist make up: Joe White Pilsner 80%, Best Rye 7% JW Pale wheat 5% and dextrose 8%.
Late hops: Nelson Sauvin 

Supplied with Danstar Abbaye yeast
