CBW^® Bavarian Wheat LME (liquid malt extract) is 100% pure malt extract made up of

• 65% malted Wheat
• 35% malted Barley.

It can be used in the production of extract wheat beers, and in the production of all grain beers to adjust colour, flavour and gravity of wheat and other styles of beer. It will add wheat characteristics without the process of all grain brewing, saving time. Bavarian wheat LME will improve body and head retention.
