This stainless steel 5-6 litre capacity bench top press is ideal as a sample press for wineries, or as a small scale grape press for the hobby winemaker.  It is suitable as a handy kitchen tool and can be used to add pressure when making soft cheeses etc.

Please note this press is most effective for 'soft juicy fruit'.  It is not suitable for apples, or any hard fruit.
