1 litre of concentrate makes 5 litres of wine
2 litre of concentrate makes 10 litres of wine
purchase the quantity of concentrate that matches the fermentation container that you have. for example if you have a 15 litre demijohn you will require 1 x 1 litre and
1 x 2 litre of concentrate. If you have a 20 litre container you will need 2 x 2 litres of concentrate
