Wine
Making for Beginners |
Fermenting
your wine from fresh Australian grape concentrates is an
excellent way to start.
Without the need to purchase labor intensive equipment, like grape crushers,
destemmers and wine presses the initial cost outlay is very affordable.
Using concentrates also enables the home winemaker to access a greater variety
of high quality grapes. The advanced methods of concentration used today do not
alter the composition of the grape which gives consistently great results.
