C02 Dispensing has never been easier!
While bottling your beer into larger pressure systems is the way to go for some, it is not for everyone. Bulky C02 tanks tether you to large fridges and restrict the variety of beers you can have on tap at one go.
TAP-A-DRAFT® meets all the criteria of dispensing beer and carbonated drinks, in a convenient, easy to handle system which fits snugly on most standard household fridge shelves...Instead of just one beer, you can keep a variety of beers on tap for friends, parties, barbecues, to be dispensed just as you require them.
You can even eliminate bottling into beer bottles all together if you wish...now you can bottle and mature an entire brew into 3 or 4 reusable bottles..no more washing 30 beer bottles!
HOW IT WORKS
TAP-A-DRAFT® is
a patented, easy to use beverage dispensing system that includes a reusable
6 litre bottle and a screw on top for maturing and storage...... when ready
the patented tap and regulator is simply twisted on. The drink will then stay
carbonated for weeks, while glasses are drawn from the bottle with the easy
to use tap.
TAP-A-DRAFT® uses standard food grade disposable C02 cartridges to regulate
the pressure inside the 6 litre bottle, keeping beverages carbonated for weeks.
The valve has two regulators built in that hold a constant 15psi to maintain
a constant carbonation level. If the pressure in the bottle ever exceeds 60psi
(possibly caused by excessive warming, or wild fermentation) the valve will
open and relieve the pressure in the bottle

Bottling a 24 litre brew has never been easier.
Just 4 x 6 litre bottle is all you need to clean and prepare to bottle a batch of beer.
6 Litre specially strengthened PET bottles with a standard screw on cap can be purchased separately so you can fill as many bottles as you like with your favourite beer or carbonated drinks.....you can even eliminate bottling the beer into standard beer bottles. Your beverage can be syphoned into the 6 litre bottles for maturing ready for when you want it.
Transfer clear, sediment free beer into the bottles by syphoning (a sediment reducing U Bend in the fermenter and an inline bottle filler into the 6 litre bottle makes the transfer fast and clear, and eliminates any risk of oxidisation)
For customers wishing to prime using natural carbonation, allowing your beer to mature in the 6 litre bottles for longer periods we recommend a white screw cap with O ring....

For those who like
to transport their favourite beer away from home, the
TAP-A-DRAFT® System comes with an optional BLUE ICE carry case which keeps
drinks icy cold. You simply put the carry case in a freezer the night before
you need it...This bag is lined with pockets of gel ice which when frozen keep
the beverage cold all day... the ideal 'blue ice esky' with convenient carry
handles. Slip your 6 litre bottle into the carry case and it stays cold and
carbonated for you to enjoy away from the convenience of a fridge...take it
beside the pool, next to the barbecue or to your favourite fishing spot.

HOW TO CARBONATE
BEER AND OTHER BEVERAGES:
Beer. Ginger Beer, Sparking wine etc can be carbonated 'Naturally' with priming
sugar or 'Force Carbonated' using Co2 cartridges. Full instructions are supplied
to ensure success whichever system you use. Nitrogen cartridges are also available
for those wishing to create a creamier thicker head on their Beer or Stout.
Two 8gm C02 cartridges
are required for dispensing pressure. (for naturally primed beverages)
Four8gm Co2 cartidges are required for force carbonation and dispensing pressure.
(2 to carbonate, 2 to serve)
