If you already own a 27 gallon conical this 'Extension kit' increases gross capacity to 42 U.S. gallons (159 litres)

You will already have a lid to fit the 27 gallon conical so you can choose to ferment smaller or larger volumes

      Note: It costs more to buy the 27 gallon conical (with domed lid) and the extension separately but you do have the advantage of being able to ferment at two different levels..effectively you have two different size fermenters in one.

Tri clamp blow off assembly This blow off assembly replaces the standard bung and airlock in the lid of the fermenter. It is used if you wish to add pumping pressure. in stock The blow-off assembly is compatible with ALL FermenatorTM conicals. It includes tri clamp fittings, elbow, 1” barbed fitting, and a ½” barbed fitting for CO2 pressure $175.00
