Quality yeast chosen to enhance the character of the beer.
We have matched each beer type with a sachet of Danish or German bottom fermenting yeast (to be brewed under airlock) which you can rely on to ferment with consistency , even in large fluctuations of temperature. The yeast is chosen to enhance the character of the beer you have chosen.
Alternatively, you can choose to ferment in the traditional lager style of brewing by selecting the 'SaflagerS23 Saccharomyces carlbergensis lager yeast. To get the best results from this yeast you should be prepared to temperature control the fermentation at between 9C - 15C (ideally 12C..... for more information on this yeast click here
