the process to make this Cider is simply to dissolve the apple concentrate in water taken off the boil, add cool water to the desired level and pitch the German Champagne yeast at between 20-26C. Ferment until all fermentation is complete and bottle into either Champagne or beer bottles.
Priming sugar is added to make a sparkling Cider.

Why settle for less than natural cider!

NEW PRODUCT

We believe that you should be making Cider from juice extracted only from the freshest, natural apples. The drinkART Cider Concentrate delivers just that, 100% apples to make 100% natural Cider.........Why settle for less!

With no added artificial flavours, synthetic essences or sugar syrups this product delivers ALL NATURAL cider without the need to crush your own apples. And the high natural fruit sugar from each extraction ensures an alcohol content of between 9 to 10% without the need to add any refined sugar.

To ensure your Cider takes on the true character of sparkling Cider, we have supplied the highest quality German SIHA Champagne yeast

And the results........

SPARKLING CLEAR APPLE CIDER.

Each 2 litre 100% apple concentrate with Champagne yeast is $21.00.
this will make 12 litres
To make a standard 24 litre batch of Cider you will need to purchase
2 x 2 litre concentrates. THATS 5KG of apple concentrate per brew.

If you want to try the smaller 12 litre ferment first, choose a fermenter to match the size of the fermentation ie. 15 litre glass demijohn or 15 litre polyethelene fermenter..no larger than this. This is to avoid a large air space. Otherwise use your standard brewing fermenter and use 2 x 2 litre concentrates.
